Nature-Inspired Accommodations
With temperatures cooling across the Southwest in September and October, the Fall weather at Castle Hot Springs is a perfect extension of that carefree summer feeling without the heat. Named Travel + Leisure’s #1 Resort in Arizona for the second consecutive year, the property is comprised of only 30 cabins & bungalows, built with the intention of immersing guests within their surrounding environment at every moment.
Accommodations include Sky View Cabins that are perfectly positioned for stargazing and private Spring Bungalows that feature outdoor tubs with mineral water sourced directly from the springs. A Fall stay at the resort becomes an immersive experience while soaking in the natural hot springs cupped in a stone bowl at the foot of the mountains in the cool desert evening. The heated water is rich with healing minerals, granting guests the opportunity with the simple act of doing nothing.

Fall Flavoring Farming-Driven Culinary Excellence
Guests can join Castle Hot Springs’ team of agronomists (‘Flavor Farmers’) on a tour of the resort’s organic farm. More than 150 crops are cultivated throughout the year, and the tour includes insights into the farm’s sustainable growing practices, unique ecosystem, and new flower garden including edible varieties. Dozens of delicious crops harvest in the Fall around November including okra, peppers, eggplant, hibiscus, and citrus fruit varieties, where guests can learn about each of them — including taste tests! — and the ways they’ll be used in menus throughout the year.
