Florida is an amazing place to vacation, and if I’m being totally honest, the Gulf Coast has my heart. One reason is because my family has had so much fun there. Another has to do with the allure of its beaches. There’s something special about those clean, soft, pearly-white sands.
Miramar Beach, FL is a popular vacation spot along the Emerald Coast in the Florida Panhandle renowned for its stunning white-sand beaches and tourmaline waters. The sand is made up of fine, pure quartz crystals, giving it a soft, powdery texture.
Nabbing a vacation rental right on the beach is ideal, but I’ve found that having a pool is just as attractive when we’ve had enough of the sand in our swimsuits.
Let’s look at some of my favorite vacation rentals in Miramar Beach.
Majestic Sun Deluxe Condo Unit
This two-bedroom, two-bath deluxe model vacation rental on the second floor of the complex can accommodate up to six guests with two king rooms and a living room with a double sofa bed. The balcony spans the width of the unit offering stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has its own access to the Gulf.
Guests will love the heated indoor pool which connects and spills into an adjoining outdoor pool along with the two hot tubs on either side of the pool.
Top Floor Penthouse Luxury
If you’re looking for a romantic getaway, this is the perfect vacation rental. The one-bedroom, one-bath penthouse features a prime beachfront location, a furnished balcony and awe-inspiring views.
The vacation rental is located at the renowned TOPS’L Beach and Racquet Resort and has a shared swimming pool and hot tub. Nearby Topsail Hill State Reserve Park offers endless outdoor activities such as fishing, bicycling, birding, hiking, swimming and picnicking.
Maravilla Getaway
This is definitely a property you want to book if you’re planning a get-together with family or a group of friends as everyone will appreciate their own space. The three-bed, two-bath condo right on the sugary-white sands of Miramar Beach can comfortably sleep up to nine guests.
The rental is even pet-friendly outside of peak season (September-May) and guests are free to use the complimentary beach chair/umbrella service.
Gulf-View Vacation Townhouse
Though you’ll still have access to a shared property pool, this Miramar Beach townhouse offers a two-bedroom, three-bath, three-story vacation rental that can sleep up to six along with more room to chill and relax and enjoy added privacy.
The property sports a large storage area with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, extra patio chairs and a table, boogie boards, floats, inflatables, beach toys and two beach bikes. In addition, guests will appreciate the bench, shower and foot wash to get rid of all that extra beach sand before entering the townhouse.
Windancer on the Beach
This third-floor unit in a classic-low-rise resort offers views for miles. Though the property only features one bedroom and two baths, it can accommodate up to six guests with its double sofa bed and twin bunk bed spaces.
Tucked away on the east end of Scenic Drive on Miramar Beach, the vacation rental offers privacy along with a shared heated Gulf-Front pool and BBQ grills. Daily beach chair and umbrella set-ups are complimentary.
Ariel Dunes Has it All
This lovely condo on the tenth floor in Miramar Beach offers everything guests want in a beach vacation. You’ll have Gulf views, beach access, a seasonally heated pool and a lovely two-bedroom, two-bath vacation rental that can sleep up to six.
Not only is the condo impressively furnished, but guests also have access to resort amenities that include two large swimming pools, a spacious sundeck, tennis courts, a fitness center and nearby Cabana Café offering poolside appetizers, meals and drinks.
Hidden Dunes Beach & Tennis Resort Townhouse
If you’re looking for a vacation rental with lots of amenities for your group, this is your lucky day!
First of all, this cottage-like property that sleeps eight offers three bedrooms and three baths and almost 1,500 square feet of living space. The townhouse has a screened-in porch surrounded by verdant foliage.
Hidden Dunes Beach & Tennis Resort offers several on-site amenities such as a lake with a fishing pier, a horseshoe pit, a basketball court, tennis courts, outdoor grills and an absolutely stunning meandering property pool.
Beach House Gulf Front
I love this gorgeous two-bedroom, two-bath condo that can accommodate six guests located along the pristine coastline of Miramar Beach. A private balcony offers breathtaking day and evening Gulf of Mexico views. The beachfront resort offers a Gulf-front lagoon-style community pool and a kid’s splash pool for the little ones.
The resort also features a private beach you won’t find in some other property locations and you’re walking distance to beachfront bars, grills, surf huts and local restaurants.
Top Floor with Stunning Sunset Views
This lovely appointed top-floor condo at the highly sought-after property The Crescent in Miramar Beach offers privacy, security gates, two pools including one lagoon pool, a hot tub and incredible Gulf Coast vistas.
The two-bedroom, two-bath vacation rental can sleep up to six guests and the master bath features a large garden soaking tub. Guests can enjoy sunset views while dining on the outdoor balcony.
Huntington By the Sea
This coastal modern stunner is located on the second floor of the gated Gulf Front condo community of Huntington By the Sea.
The two-bed, two-bath condo with a balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico can welcome up to six guests and has just recently been renovated. Complex amenities include a community pool, grilling area, private beach access, complimentary beach chairs and a beach umbrella. If you’re looking for more adventurous activities, nearby rental companies can provide golf carts, wave runners, kayaks, scooters, bikes and more.
