Marriott Vacation Club owners (and non-owners) can delight in Marriott Vacations Worldwide introduction of The Marriott Vacation Clubs, a collection of over 90 premium Marriott, Sheraton and Westin Vacation Club-branded resort bringing these all under one name.
With villa resorts throughout the U.S, Caribbean, Mexico, Europe, Central America, Asia and Australia, The Marriott Vacation Clubs portfolio of brands appeals to those looking for more spacious condo-like accommodations, personalization, and access to new destinations and experiences. Each of the three trusted brands offers its own unique personality and amenities, coupled with the highest level of service with the trusted Marriott® name.
Marriott’s expanded portfolio now offers more vacation villa ownership opportunities throughout the world for those interested in becoming an owner.
As a current Marriott Vacation Club member, I’m thrilled with the option of participating in Abound by Marriott Vacations, which offers seamless travel between the three brands and across the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio. It also includes access to experiences like cruises, culinary tours, events and more. That gives owners a whole lot more options when it comes to travel destinations and experiences!
What does this mean for non-owner travelers?
The good news is that non-Marriott Vacation Clubs owners can book these resorts as renters with access to the same fully equipped, multi-bedroom villa accommodations and vast array of on-site amenities.
“As timeshare ownership continues to grow, especially amongst a younger demographic, we are focused on delivering leisure travel experiences that meet the needs of today’s traveler,” Lori Gustafson, EVP, Chief Brand and Digital Officer of Marriott Vacations Worldwide, said. “Our goal in aligning our signature brands under The Marriott Vacation Clubs moniker is to distinguish Marriott’s vacation ownership options within the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio, making it easier for Marriott Bonvoy members and general travelers to understand what properties and experiences are available as either an Owner or a rental guest.”
Three Premium Brands to Choose From
With three top resort brands in a myriad of amazing places located all throughout the world, travelers can tick off their wish list of adventure, mindful wellness, or family connection opportunities. Each vacation club within the three brands offers spacious studios, one, two, three and some four-bedroom villas with fully-equipped kitchens or kitchenettes, separate living areas, private balcony or patio and washer/dryer unit.
These villas offer as many “home away from home” amenities as the traveler wants or needs. For my family when we travel, we appreciate being able to have breakfast or other meals in our villa, the convenience of a washer and dryer, and the living space you just won’t get in a typical hotel room.

Marriott Vacation Club Pulse (a brand extension) features stylish properties in the heart of some of America’s favorite cities like New York, San Francisco, Miami and more. These properties were designed to be close to local points of interest and attractions with easy access to public transportation.
New Marriott brand vacation club properties for 2023 include Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua Terrace with full access and shared amenities with the Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort.
Sheraton Vacation Club

It’s all about fun, family destinations with Sheraton Vacation Club.
With locations in destinations that are especially appealing to multi-generational families like Scottsdale, Orlando, and Hawai’i, Sheraton Vacation Club resorts provide a gathering place forgenerations.
Featured properties include Sheraton Steamboat Resort Villas, the area’s only full-service ski-in/ski-out in Colorado’s northern Rockies, and Sheraton Vistana Villages in Orlando, central to the city’s parks and entertainment area.
Westin Vacation Club
Balance and well-being are the main focus of Westin Vacation Club’s portfolio of resorts. Located in beach, mountain, island and desert settings, each resort’s signature wellness programs and rituals are designed to help guests feel renewed, refreshed and reinvigorated.
Featured properties include the stunning Westin Lagunamar Ocean Resort in Cancún, Mexico and The Westin Kā’anapali Ocean Resort Villas set among the lush tropical foliage of Lāhainā, Maui.
Whether you’re an owner or a non-owner, the good news is that Marriott’s Vacation Clubs portfolio offers so many more options and destinations for the world traveler.
As an owner, I couldn’t be more excited for the opportunity to explore new resorts in places the original Marriott Vacation Club did not offer vacation villa accommodations.
Yes, it’s made our family’s travel wish list even longer. But, that’s not necessarily a bad thing.
